Donald Trump Emerges in Andrew Tate’s Latest Court Battle

Andrew Tate and his brother, Tristan Tate, are facing extradition to the U.K. after the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) authorized new charges against them. U.S. President Donald Trump has said he will not intervene in the matter.

Inside the claim linking Donald Trump to Andrew Tate’s U.K. extradition fight

Donald Trump will not step in to stop the extradition of the Tate brothers. According to the Mirror, the brothers were arrested in Miami on Saturday, and British authorities are seeking their extradition over multiple charges, including rape and human trafficking.

Although the arrests prompted calls from some Republicans for Trump to intervene, the U.S. president has not shown any interest in the case. A White House official said, “The White House has no involvement and no feelings on the issue.” The Tates’ lawyer described his clients as victims of a “politically motivated witch hunt.” The brothers have “unequivocally” denied the allegations.

The brothers were first arrested in Romania in 2022 on charges of rape and human trafficking and were later placed under house arrest. Andrew Tate later claimed that the Trump administration helped him return to the U.S. When asked about the claim, Trump said he knew “nothing about it.”

The CPS has authorized a total of 38 new charges against Andrew Tate and his brother Tristan Tate. Andrew Tate faces seven additional counts of rape, three counts of arranging or facilitating trafficking for sexual exploitation. Along with these, he faces three counts of assault occasioning actual bodily harm. Another 19 charges relate to alleged offenses involving indecent images of a child and extreme pornography.

The charges against Tristan Tate include one count of sexual assault, two counts of rape, and three counts of arranging or facilitating trafficking for sexual exploitation.

The new charges were authorized after officers from Bedfordshire Police submitted a file of evidence dating back to 2012.
