Dancing With the Stars pro dancer Gleb Savchenko has some shocking advice for future contestants of the show. He has been with the show since 2013 and has made some serious demands. Now, the DWTS pro is sharing what he has learned and what he hopes dancers will take away from his experience. Keep reading for more on what he had to share.
Gleb Savchenko Has Left A Bad Taste In People’s Mouths
DWTS viewers may appreciate the way that Gleb Savchenko looks, but he has been known to say inappropriate things. The pro dancer was paired with Lisa Vanderpump, who fainted not too long into his first season. He went on to go quite far with Lauren Alaina and Shangela, earning him a spot in the finale. Yet, he made a comment stating that he only wanted someone hot and young to dance with. That led to him getting Brooks Nader as his partner for Season 33, and they were getting it on by night one.
That ended very badly, despite the couple dating for some time. He has since said that she was the worst sex ever. Gleb now has this advice for future contestants:
“Don’t date your partners. Don’t do it. Even if they really want to, don’t do it. Even if it’s gonna cost you a season, don’t do it. Don’t try to make it work.”
Gleb Savchenko reiterated that no matter what the partner says, this is where the buck stops. He added that it is a mixed bag, despite what one may think going into it:
“Don’t do it because it’s like a box of chocolates. You never know which one you’re gonna get. Might be a really bitter one inside, and they’re gonna f*ck up your whole life. You know what I mean?”
Admittedly, Brooks was in a weird place in her life when she was cast, so she was not thinking straight. However, they were a toxic duo, and it is a lesson learned.
Will Anyone Trust Gleb?
After what has gone down, will DWTS fans ever trust Gleb Savchenko again? They already look at him poorly, so it is unlikely that anyone will care for his take on things in the future. However, it appears that he has learned some lessons, albeit the hard way. After he said that Brooks was the worst sex of his life, his former fans chimed in, and they were not happy:
- You know, I loved him but this is just awful. What a trashy thing to say about someone. So unnecessary.
- What is wrong with people. Stop broadcasting private information.
- Maybe he should shut up
