Kim Zolciak, best known for The Real Housewives of Atlanta and Don’t Be Tardy, stepped out for a family dinner following the arrest of her 15-year-old son, Kroy “KJ” Jagger Biermann Jr. Zolciak was seen in Palm Beach, Florida, on Wednesday with her younger son Kash Biermann and boyfriend Kyle Mowitz as KJ remains behind bars.

As per TMZ, Zolciak appeared to be leaning on her family. She was spotted in a low-cut, form-fitting black dress while dining with Kash and Mowitz, who also wore all-black outfits. The outing came shortly after Zolciak was seen for the first time since the arrest became public. She was previously spotted driving her Range Rover in Alpharetta, Georgia, on Sunday, two days after news of her son’s detention broke.
KJ was taken into custody on Aug. 17 and faces charges of aggravated sodomy and aggravated sexual battery. According to court documents, the alleged incident took place at a Life Time fitness center on April 23 and involved a female classmate. KJ is being held without bond, with a hearing scheduled for Sept. 1, as reported by Page Six.
Zolciak has strongly denied the allegations against her son, calling them “reckless and deeply troubling.” She said KJ “categorically denies ever being involved with this woman or engaging in the conduct she has alleged.”
She also said that KJ voluntarily took a polygraph test and passed, and that an examination found no male DNA.
“Every legitimate allegation deserves to be taken seriously and investigated based on the facts and evidence,” Zolciak said. “At the same time, no one should be publicly condemned based solely on an accusation.”
KJ’s father, former NFL player Kroy Biermann, has not publicly addressed the allegations. Amid the ongoing case, he was also spotted picking up their 14-year-old son Kash from football practice.
For now, Zolciak appears to be staying close to her family as the legal process involving KJ continues.
